Last week was absolutely gorgeous. This week we’re back to grey skies and rain, so I am putting up these pictures as a reminder!
We ‘celebrated’ May Day by going in the backyard, intending to pull up weeds and find myself a place to plant something. I’m not really sure what I’ll plant, but something. Anyway, once I got out there I realized it was kind of a bigger project than I had thought, and I was wearing flip flops (not exactly conducive to gardening) and knew I had limited time where Morgan would be happy just sitting there, so I played with Morgan and took pictures instead. She was really enjoying looking at everything outside.
Then in the evening we all took a nice walk. It was great to be totally comfortable in short sleeves and my beloved flip flops.
Look at that happy face! She cracks me up.
Today has been a little rougher, so I’ll just keep thinking about the sunshine that is to come. The days where the sun comes out and the sky is SO blue seem so full of possibility!
