*gasp!* Phoenix?! Awesome!!! Quite a switch from Seattle – I’m looking forward to hearing all about your adventures. I really like Phoenix, and I hope you will, too. Darn, though – I’m coming to Seattle in April and was hoping to see you guys! Maybe we’ll cross paths in California again one of these days.

On the difficulty of change – Em, I totally feel you. But having just gone through a life-changing move, let me say that if you feel it’s right, then don’t worry about it at all! Heavenly Father knows what we need more than we do, and there may – nay, more like there will – be people with whom your life path needed to intersect on this fun journey of life. You and Adj are awesome, and there’s no doubt that amazing things are ahead for your little family. Can’t wait to hear what Arizona has in store!

How exciting! Most of Andy’s family is in Anthem AZ, just outside of Phoenix. We will actually be out there next weekend! Hope all goes well for you. Let me know if you could use some contact info for people in the area.

Isn’t it amazing (especially in the first year of life) to see how much they learn, and how quickly? It just blows my mind sometimes. If only we kept up that rate of learning.

Hooray for Phoenix! Maybe next year we’ll make it out there to see the Cubs at spring training…I really miss that tradition. I told John it’s too bad we didn’t move to Phoenix. Not that we were ever really close or anything, but we’d talked about it a lot. That kind of move has got to be stressful, so good luck…I’ll keep you guys in my prayers. And yes, just pack up the kitchen and forget cooking. Get some Chipotle…that’s always my answer! Hehe.

Phoenix? Ryan just applied to a job there. We have no idea what the status of interview, etc is but so random that Phoenix is all the rage Hope the move goes smooth and hey- maybe we could be neighbors someday! Let me know how it is out there in the heat.

Why are you guys moving? Did Adrian change jobs? We loved Phoenix in May, but July was really, really, really hot. If you like to cool down. We (the kids) really liked the fountains near the Stadium (I think that was in Glendale). Aunt Connie lives in Buckeye. Good luck on the move.

Wow, what a way to start the new year!! Don’t stress about what you didn’t do over the holidays…you recovered from being sick and I’m sure Morgan had a great time regardless!!

Good luck with your move and hopefully you can stay settled for a while and not have to worry about packing up your kitchen for a long time!!
